The sale of our products through this website is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).

1. These sales are exclusively for consumers.
1.1 Products available for purchase on this website are intended solely for consumers—natural persons buying goods or services for personal use, not for commercial purposes.

2. What You Can Order
2.1 The available products are those displayed on the website at the time of your order. Follow the instructions provided to specify the characteristics of the product you are interested in (type, color, etc.) and the desired quantity. The selected products will be placed in a “shopping cart,” from which you can proceed to purchase.
2.2 If one or more products become unavailable after your order is placed, we will promptly notify you. You may choose to wait for their availability or cancel them, in which case the price paid for these items will be refunded.
2.3 Please note that product images, while accurate, may not perfectly represent the actual product you receive.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 The price indicated for each product includes VAT and any applicable taxes. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected and will be added to the product prices. The shopping cart will always display the final price.
3.2 For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties may apply and will be your responsibility. If you are interested in shipments outside the EU, please consult our Customer Care for details.
3.3 Once you proceed with your purchase, you will see the available payment options for the ordered products.
4. Order Confirmation
4.1 After payment, your order must be confirmed by us via email, summarizing all the purchase details.
4.2 We usually send confirmation shortly after receiving your order. However, please note that we are not obliged to accept all incoming orders. Should we reject your order, we will notify you and refund the payment.
4.3 Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, contact our Customer Care. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee it. You will always receive prompt feedback.
5. Delivery of Ordered Products
5.1 Typically, orders are processed shortly after confirmation and shipped via courier, possibly in multiple shipments if necessary. Delivery times depend on the selected destination, and tracking information will be provided.
5.2 If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please notify our Customer Care. In case of loss or other delivery issues, we will attempt to reship the product at no additional cost to you. If a product is not delivered within 30 days of order confirmation (unless a longer delivery time was specified), you may refuse the delivery. Please note that we are not liable for any damages resulting from delays or order cancellations due to delayed deliveries.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 As per EU regulations, you have the right to return purchased products, even if they are compliant. To do so, within 14 days of receiving the products click here and follow the instructions. Then send the products back intact, in their original packaging, using insured pre-paid shipping to Via Lombardia, 16, Monastier di Treviso, Italy. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping costs.
7. Non-Conformity and Warranty
7.1 All our products are manufactured in compliance with EU standards, conform to the requested specifications, and are warranted to retain their features for 24 months from the invoice date, subject to normal wear and adherence to the provided usage and maintenance instructions.
7.2 In cases of:
a) Non-conformity with your order (e.g., incorrect color, defective product, missing components) reported within 14 days of delivery.
b) Failure to maintain expected characteristics within 24 months from the purchase date, provided proper use and maintenance as per our instructions.
You are entitled to free repair or replacement, as assessed by our Technical Department. If these remedies are not possible, we may offer a price reduction. If unacceptable, you may return the product for a full refund.
7.3 To report non-conformity or activate the warranty, contact us with a detailed description and photographic documentation of the issue. Products must be returned in original or equivalent packaging suitable for transport. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
7.4 This warranty exhaustively covers our liability for non-conformity or defects. You cannot claim compensation for related inconveniences or damage caused to you or third parties.
